Whether you're organising a special birthday, engagement, reunion, baby shower, company presentation, or Christmas party look no further than McAdams Wine Bar. There are many ways to make this venue work for you. Catering for up to 100 guests in the main bar area and 30 guests in the cozy lounge. The venue includes a fully stocked bar, dance floor, lighting & sound system, and cozy lounge.
While we DO NOT charge a venue hire fee, there is a minimum function charge. All functions will be fully catered for with a variety of food and beverage options to help create a memorable occasion.

Venue Hire Duration
Our function venue is bookable for a 5 hour event duration. Popular time slots are 7pm - 12am, 7:30pm - 12:30am or 8pm - 1am.
Beverage Options
Bar Tab - A bar tab can be set up at the beginning of your function with a specified limit. This can be revised as your function progresses and increased if need be. We suggest selecting a range of our beers, sparkling, red & white wine. Basic spirits are also a popular inclusion.
Cash Bar - With a fully stocked bar, your guests will be able to select from a long list of drinks which are available for purchase at bar prices throughout your function.
Food Options
Cakes – guests are welcome to bring their own cake. We are able to provide you with a knife, plates and serviettes free of charge.
